Shipping Information

All orders are shipped in insulated boxes, packed with dry ice and are guaranteed to be delivered frozen and shipped via PosLaju or Other courier services . The cost depends on the weight of the entire shipment, and must therefore be estimated by us and paid in advance.

*Live animals can not be shipped. You may pick them up at our facility. We do have a RM15.00 minimum order amount for facility pick-ups. We do have additional restrictions for this service, please contact our sales office for further information.

Our company policy does not allow non-employees at our breeding facilities and we do not currently have retail space. Therefore, we meet local customers that select the "Store Pickup" shipping option at these safe public locations to drop off their order.
